In which I remember a comedy icon.

Harvey Corman died today. Hearing the news reminded me of the Carol Burnett show and this infamous “Dentist Sketch” in which I couldnt stop laughing at his total breakdown on camera, with Tim Conway’s antics…

  1. what’s with all the death lately? something’s in the air. i think it’s sars. and it’s only killing celebrities. celebrity sars. yes.

  2. I still have to see Blazing Saddles. I’ve seen the up yours seen way too many times though, THAT is priceless.

  3. I remember watching Carol Burnett and being so excited when Tim Conway was the guest star – because none of the cast could keep from cracking up when Tim was on. Tim later became a regular (I think after Lyle Wagoner left the show).

    Harvey Korman was a hoot.

Count Demoney – that’s Count de Monet.

    Heddy Lammar – that’s Hedley.
